Sacha Woodcock, SHRM-CP, Assoc CIPD has over 20 years of work experience. In 1999, they began their career as a Server at Ruth's Chris Steak House. In 2007, they moved on to become the Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Coordinator at the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association. In 2009, they took on the role of Committee Coordinator at the General Pharmaceutical Council. In 2011, they became the Facilities Manager at Lightspeed GMI. In 2014, they became the Travel Operations Manager at KPMG UK. In 2015, they moved on to become the HR Generalist and Office Manager / HR Coordinator / Executive Assistant to CFO at Godiva Chocolatier. In 2018, they joined NBCUniversal Media, LLC as the Coordinator, Digital Licensing and Personalization, where they managed strategic execution and account management of domestic and international licensing partnerships, oversaw title, content, creative, and product submission review and approval process, strategically cultivated relationships and extensively communicated with digital platforms, and provided day-to-day support in managing new and existing media licensing partnerships. Sacha also managed and tracked T&E for the Games group, partnered with finance to manage all quarterly and annual forecast submissions from external partners, created and amended deal memos for external partners, created templates for pitch presentations, streamlined internal processes, tracked and approved marketing assets for partners, was the culture and engagement champion for the Games group, and was a member of the Universal Brand Development Employee Engagement Committee. In 2021, they joined Kickstand Communications as the Senior People Operations Manager and People Operations Manager. Currently, they are the People and Culture Manager at Episode Six.

Sacha Woodcock holds a Bachelor of Art in Political Science from Rutgers University, obtained between 2002 and 2005. In 2017, Sacha obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Practice from CIPD. In June 2022, Sacha obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
