Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams has worked in the Information Security field for over 15 years. Sarah began their career in 2004 as a C&IT Student Helper at Edinburgh Napier University. In 2005, they moved to The University of Edinburgh as a Systems Support Officer, where they supported and developed a number of financial systems. In 2007, Sarah joined RBS as an Information Security Consultant Manager, where they were responsible for the strategic planning, testing and assurance of the global Information Security (IS) control framework. Sarah also served as a Project Assurance Manager and Senior Analyst for Risk and Treasury Systems. In 2014, Sarah moved to Tesco Bank as an Information Security Assurance Manager. Sarah then progressed to Senior Operational Manager IT Security and Information Security Manager. In 2021, Sarah joined Episode Six as a Senior Information Security Manager.

Sarah Williams attended Edinburgh Napier University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology. Sarah then attended The University of Edinburgh from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Arts in History.
