Joe Bellanger

Joe Bellanger has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Joe started their career in 1999 as a Help Desk Analyst at Stefanini Group, where they provided technical support to clients. Joe then progressed to the role of Systems Technician and later Senior Systems Technician, gaining experience in operating systems, hardware, and application support. In 2009, Joe joined Ford Motor Company's Southeast Michigan Client Operations as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst, where they engaged with application developers and resolved complex issues escalated by the support team. Joe continued their journey at Ford Motor Company, transitioning to the role of Production Support Analyst in 2017, responsible for field testing and providing support for ITIL and C3P application packages. Joe is currently working as a Software Engineer at Epitec, focusing on enterprise identity provisioning and directory data management for Ford Motor Company. Joe ensures critical 24/7 support for identity and access management, release engineering, system administration, and security. Throughout their career, Joe has consistently exhibited strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to maintaining documentation and following operational processes.

Joe Bellanger attended Siena Heights University from 2016 to 2018, where they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology. Prior to that, they studied at Henry Ford College from 2013 to 2014, where they earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
