Rebecca Bray is president of Epitec and has been with the company since 1998. As the leader of the executive team, Rebecca sets Epitec’s strategic direction which includes defining priorities, shaping the company’s high-performance culture, and delivering enterprise results and growth. She has worked closely with Epitec’s customers for over 20 years to provide consulting on the talent landscape and create solutions to help attract, retain and support employees that support critical projects.
In her current role, Rebecca develops and implements Epitec’s industry-leading talent management program in support of customers in all industries. Her talent strategy emphasizes delivery to customers, excellence in recruiting, and personal growth through learning and development.
In 2020, Rebecca formalized Epitec’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council which drives overall DEI initiatives to support corporate, consultant, customer, and supplier initiatives. While DE&I has always been at the heart of Epitec’s DNA, this move helps to drive additional visibility and education across the organization.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing from Central Michigan University, and a certificate from Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development. She takes an active, hands-on role in the community and dedicates time to mentoring young girls and women pursuing IT careers. Rebecca is an advisor on several boards including the Michigan Council of Women in Technology and Forgotten Harvest.
