Leaya M. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and biotechnology. In 2006, they worked as a Partner at Place Boston until 2014. From 2014 onwards, they worked as a Biotechnology Recruiting/HR Consultant/Business Development at Biotech Employment Consultant. In 2015, they co-founded Clora, where they served as a Cofounder until 2018. Leaya also worked in the field of human resources at Comark from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at EpiVax, Inc. starting from 2019.

Leaya M. has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Dean College. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in HR from the same institution.
