Sonal Jain

Sonal Jain's work experience includes various HR roles in different companies. Sonal is currently the Global CHRO at EPL Limited, where they oversee operations in 11 countries. Prior to that, they worked at Coursera as the Head of People for the Asia Pacific region. Before that, they held multiple roles at Johnson & Johnson, including India Enterprise HR Head and Consumer Health Head HR. Sonal has also worked at Unilever as the Global HR Head for the Engineering and SC Strategies Team, and at Wipro Technologies as an HR Head for a Global Business Unit. Sonal began their career with a summer internship at Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Sonal Jain completed their education history as follows:

- In 2013, they obtained a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

- From 2003 to 2005, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from the University Business School, Panjab University.

- Between 1999 and 2002, they earned a B Tech degree in Civil Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia.

- Lastly, from 1995 to 1997, they completed their Intermediate degree in Science from Loreto Convent Intermediate College, Lucknow.

In addition to their formal education, Sonal Jain has obtained several certifications, such as ICF - Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation in 2020, PROSCI Change Management from Prosci in 2020, and ExperienceInnovation™ Facilitator or ExperienceChange™ Facilitator from ExperiencePoint in 2017. Sonal has also received certifications from Hay Group and Hogan Assessment Systems in 2015. Furthermore, they hold the Chartered MCIPD certification from CIPD, although the year of attainment is unspecified.
