Adrian Melendez

Adrian Melendez is a Business Development Manager with a strong background in the energy sector and engineering. Currently employed at Eplan since October 2024 and previously at Aldridge Electric, Adrian has cultivated and managed relationships with various public and private utilities across the U.S. Prior experience includes working for Virginia Natural Gas, where Adrian collaborated with Southern Company on energy technologies and managed business relationships to promote growth in the clean energy sector. Additionally, Adrian held roles as an Engineer responsible for overseeing large-scale gas distribution projects and as a Product Engineer at NGK Locke Polymer Insulators, focusing on electrical insulator design. Adrian holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University.
