Kathleen Guay, MBA, CSM, currently serves as the Manager of Customer Experience Operations at ePlus inc. since July 2017, with previous roles including Customer Success Manager for Lifecycle Solutions and Sr Project Manager in Professional Services. Prior to ePlus, Kathleen was the Senior Director of Professional Services at Core BTS, where responsibilities included managing professional service engagements and leading engineering and project management teams. Additional experience includes project management roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Annese & Associates, and Skidmore College, as well as serving as Interim Director and Education Training Coordinator at the New York Credit Union Association. Kathleen holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from the University at Albany and a B.S. in Marketing Management from Siena College.
