Tsao Lin Moy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2002, they founded Integrative Healing Arts Acupuncture, P.C., where they served as the owner of an alternative and Chinese medicine holistic and healing center. Tsao Lin emphasized collaboration between practitioner and patient for balancing and healing. Tsao Lin Moy also worked as a contributing writer for mindbodygreen.com, Thrive Global, and Epoch Times, starting in 2021, 2016, and 2015 respectively. In 2018, they joined The Rebalancing America and Beyond Initiative as an advisory board member. Prior to that, they were a senior faculty and clinical supervisor at Tri-State College of Acupuncture from 2002 to 2018, leading instruction in Kiiko Matsumoto Style acupuncture and conducting grand rounds. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a clinic supervisor at Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine. Tsao Lin Moy was also a board member of the Acupuncture Society of New York from 2000 to 2004, where they advocated for educational standards and legislative support for the acupuncture profession. Before their career in acupuncture, they worked in duty-free sales at I Santi from 1989 to 1994.

Tsao Lin Moy has a diverse education history in various fields of study. From 2022 to 2024, Tsao Lin Moy attended the Pacific College of Health and Science as a Doctoral Candidate, pursuing a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Herbology. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, Tsao Lin Moy studied Psychedlic Assisted Therapy Research at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

In 2012, Tsao Lin Moy attended the New England School of Acupuncture, obtaining a certification in Sports Medicine Acupuncture. During the same year, Tsao Lin Moy also completed several foundational trainings in Sports Medicine Acupuncture through the AcuSport Seminar Series LLC. These trainings focused on topics such as the assessment and treatment of low back, hip, and leg pain; manual muscle testing and the Hua Tuo arc; crossed syndromes; common injuries to the neck, shoulder, and upper extremity; and the assessment and treatment of the lower extremity.

In the field of NLP™ (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Tsao Lin Moy completed various trainings and certifications. In 2012, Tsao Lin Moy received Trainer Training in NLP™ from the NLP™ Seminars Group International, led by Dr. Richard Bandler and John LaValle. Prior to this, in 2011, Tsao Lin Moy completed a Design Human Engineering™ program with Barbara Stepp at Excellence Quest Training Institute. In 2010, Tsao Lin Moy also obtained a Design Human Engineering™ certification from the NLP™ Seminars Group International.

Besides these, Tsao Lin Moy pursued additional certifications and training. In 2009, Tsao Lin Moy completed the Master Practitioner Training in NLP™ at Excellence Quest Training Institute. In 2008, Tsao Lin Moy received training on altered states, shamanic states, and basic brain exploration through Matrix Essential Training Alliance. Similarly, in 2007 and 2006, Tsao Lin Moy completed Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning™ and Altered States, Shamanic States, and Basic Brain Exploration programs, respectively, through Matrix Essential Training Alliance and NLP™ Seminars Group International. Additionally, in 2005, Tsao Lin Moy completed a Practitioner Training in NLP™ with Doug O'Brien and Kevin Creedon.

In terms of additional certifications, Tsao Lin Moy obtained a Psychedelic Therapies and Research certification from the California Institute of Integral Studies in June 2022. In May 2022, Tsao Lin Moy received Microneedling certification from Acumicro. Tsao Lin Moy also participated in the MDMA Therapy Training Program offered by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) in 2022. In 2019, Tsao Lin Moy became a Kinesiology Taping Practitioner through the Rocktape Protea certification. In 2016, Tsao Lin Moy received Reiki 2 and Reiki 1 certifications from the NY Reiki Institute. Lastly, in 2014, Tsao Lin Moy obtained a Sports Medicine Acupuncture® certification from the AcuSport Seminar Series LLC.
