Sergej Bonich

Sergej Bonich has over 18 years of experience in the software engineering field. Currently serving as Team Leader and Expert Software Engineer at Epol Soft since February 2014, responsibilities include customer communication, team management, planning, requirement analysis, task estimation, application architecture design, and application development. Prior to this role, Sergej worked as a Senior Software Developer at Ericpol from June 2009 to January 2014, focusing on application architecture design, development, requirement analysis, test instruction writing, and testing. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Programmer at CIT Ltd. from May 2007 to June 2009 and as a System Administrator at Dekart Ltd. from August 2005 to May 2007. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science and Economics, both obtained from Brest State Technical University.
