Ryan Ho Wai Chan has extensive work experience in the field of design, starting as a Multimedia Designer at Tomolion Communication Limited in 2011 and progressing through roles at various companies such as Fairchild Television, Philip Morris International, and Edeas Ltd. Ryan, Ho Wai then moved into roles at larger companies like Accenture and TouchBistro before taking on the position of Lead Product Designer at Epos Now in 2021.

Ryan, Ho Wai Chan holds a Higher Diploma in Multimedia Design from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, which was obtained from 2006 to 2009. Ryan, Ho Wai also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design from Swinburne University of Technology from 2009 to 2010. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including "Certified Experience Designer" from Akendi in 2017, "Leading Culture Change in Your Team" and "Running a Design Business: Leading a Creative Team" from LinkedIn in 2021, and "JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures" from freeCodeCamp in 2023.
