Alexandra Entrena Rovers is currently an Acumen Fellow, participating in a leadership development program focused on social change. As Head of the Southern Neighbourhood division at the EPP Group in the European Parliament since October 2016, Alexandra shapes strategy and coordinates unit work, while also serving as a Policy Adviser for the Foreign Affairs Committee, drafting urgency resolutions related to human rights and democracy. Previously, Alexandra was CEO and Coordinator at Nostos Africa, an organization dedicated to supporting migrants in Spain with return projects. Alexandra held various roles at the European Parliament from 2010 to 2016, including Head of Cabinet and Accredited Parliamentary Assistant, where responsibilities included leading negotiations and monitoring policy developments. Alexandra holds degrees in law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as a master's in entrepreneurship and training for the Spanish Foreign Service.
