Fatima Vital has over 25 years of experience in marketing roles. Fatima started their career at Philips Speech Processing in 1995 as a Marketing Director, where they developed communications strategies and managed product launches for speech recognition solutions. Fatima also built strong relationships with partners and created co-marketing programs. In 2003, Fatima joined ScanSoft as a Marketing Manager, responsible for marketing communications and product marketing for speech recognition solutions. Fatima then moved to Nuance Communications in 2005, where they held various senior marketing positions, including Senior Director and Director of Marketing for Automotive & Consumer Electronics. In these roles, they developed and implemented global marketing strategies and managed global marketing teams. Since 2019, Fatima has been working at Eppendorf Group as the Head of Global Bioprocess Marketing, leading the global marketing strategy and managing a team of marketeers in Europe, US, China, and Asia Pacific.
Fatima Vital received their Bachelor's degree, Diplom-Kauffrau, in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universität Siegen from 1990 to 1995. Fatima also completed a Postgraduate course in Information and communication technologies from Technische Universität Chemnitz between 1997 and 1998. In 2010, Fatima attended the Social Media Akademie, focusing on social media marketing.
