Kat Shafer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Kat began their career as the Director of Business Development at Commission Connection from 2002 to 2005. Kat then joined Erwin-Penland Advertising as an Account Supervisor from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they worked at Hill Holliday as a VP, Management Supervisor from 2008 to 2011. Since 2011, Kat Shafer has been associated with EP+Co, where they held various roles including SVP, Account Director from 2011 to 2014, SVP, Group Account Director from 2014 to 2015, EVP, Managing Director from 2016 to 2020, and currently serves as the Chief Client Officer. Kat Shafer received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Clemson University in 2002. Kat then went on to pursue further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Clemson University in 2006.
