Lauren Norton has a diverse work experience, starting as a Digital Marketing Manager at Kalidy LLC in 2016. Lauren then served as the Choral Manager at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, managing the choir program. In 2017, they joined The Carolina Real Estate Company as a Social Media Marketing Manager. Later that year, Norton joined BigWing | LOCALiQ as a Content Marketing Specialist, where they created targeted content for various clients. Lauren also served as an Influencer Marketing Manager + Project Lead, developing and growing the company's influencer marketing service. Norton then worked at Glitter & Grandeur as the Owner and Writer of a lifestyle blog focused on positive living and self-care. Finally, they joined EP+Co as a Senior Connections Planner and later became the Head of Social Media and Influencer Strategy, Assoc. Connections Planning Director. In this role, they produced cohesive social media strategies and collaborated with departments to provide actionable creative insights. Lauren'skey clients throughout their career have included Verizon Business, Verizon Public Sector, The UPS Store, Joy Cone Co, Roomkey, and Confluence Conference.

Lauren Norton completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a Performance Certificate in Music Performance, Vocal at the University of South Carolina from 2010 to 2014. Lauren then pursued a Master of Music degree in Musical Theatre at Oklahoma City University from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Lauren obtained several certifications including the Twitter Flight School Video Badge from Twitter in January 2020, the HubSpot Marketing Software certification from HubSpot in October 2017, the Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in September 2017, the Google Analytics Certification from Google in September 2017, the Content Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in August 2017, and the Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy in August 2017. Most recently, in January 2020, they obtained the Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy.
