Ginny Shanks

Ginny Shanks is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Light & Wonder and Altria, as well as the Board of Trustees at EPR Properties, Shanks plays a pivotal role in compliance and compensation committees. Previous strategic advisory work at Penn National Gaming and senior leadership positions at Pinnacle Entertainment and Multimedia Games demonstrate strong expertise in marketing strategies and brand management. With a career spanning over three decades, including significant tenure as SVP Brand Management at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Shanks holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
