Stephen Stewart

Mr. Stewart, Senior Vice President, Northeast Region, joined EPS in December 2021. In his role as Senior Vice President, Northeast Region, he is a key member of the EPS Corporate Strategic Team. Mr. Stewart has over 40 years supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) and other Warfare Centers; NAVSEA; NAVAIR; SPAWAR (now NAVWAR); and other markets. His industry experience includes roles as a Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Chief Growth Officer, and as well as his Federal Civil Service role as the Deputy Competition Advocate/Director of the Office of Small Business Programs at NUWCDIVNPT.

Mr. Stewart is exceptionally well qualified in the areas of operations and business development, including Full Operational Management and Profit and Loss (P&L). Significant track-record of capturing, leading, and managing multi-million dollars of annual revenue; exploring new markets, and negotiating teaming agreements; with positive and long-term relationships with Government and Industry leaders. Skilled at, and truly enjoys, mentoring employees to achieve their full potential. He has a B.S. Degree in Business Quantitative Methods & Management Science, with a Minor in Economics, from Salve Regina University; is DAWIA Level II Contracts certified; and is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
