Éric Donahue

Eric Donahue, M.Ps., Ph.D. is an accomplished industrial/organizational psychologist with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Practice at EPSI since May 2018, Eric manages a team delivering assessment centers and professional development interventions while contributing to the organization's strategic goals. Prior experience includes roles at Desjardins, where Eric developed HR business intelligence architecture and implemented performance indicators, and research positions at various institutions, such as Université du Québec à Montréal, focusing on passion and self-determination in occupational settings. Eric's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational and Social Psychology from UQAM, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Bishop's University.
