Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and VMI Project Manager at EPSI - Engineered Products & Services, Inc. since July 2013, Joe excels in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, leveraging extensive product knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Prior experience includes working as an Estimator at AMTRACO: Specialty Tapes Manufacturing from October 2005 to July 2013, where responsibilities encompassed generating price quotes, managing material costs, and coordinating pricing strategies with sales. Additionally, Joe operated as a Pressman at Color Arts from February 1994 to February 2004, gaining valuable experience as a screen printer on multiple press types.
