Jill Rowe

Jill Rowe currently serves as an Associate at Epsilon Associates, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jill Rowe held the position of Director of Ocean Science at RPS North America from December 2001 to March 2023, managing a team focused on topics such as oil and chemical spill assessment, ecological risk evaluation, and impact assessments for development projects including offshore wind industries. Earlier experience includes contracting for NOAA CCEHBR, where spatial data mapping for ecological functions was conducted, and serving as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the College of Charleston, where Jill Rowe analyzed fisheries data and participated in field studies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Marine Biology from College of Charleston, a program in East/West Marine Biology from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from DePauw University.
