Richard Payne

Richard Payne is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning several decades, beginning with MCI as an Analyst/Supervisor from 1986 to 1990. Richard held various managerial and specialist roles at prominent companies, including Citigroup, where Richard served as a Telecom Manager for nine years. Subsequent positions included Telecom Manager at TeleSpectrum Worldwide and Telecom Manager at Cross Media Marketing, followed by roles as Telecom Specialist at Open Technology Group, Telecom Engineer at Verigent, and Telecommunications Specialist at AAC Inc. Richard currently holds the position of Voice Engineer at Epsilon, Inc. since November 2020. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, completing studies from 1976 to 1981, and graduated from Herndon High School in 1976.
