Ron Klein

Ron Klein serves as both the Vice President of Information Technology (IT) and Vice President and General Manager of Advanced Products-West Business Unit. He began at Epsilon Systems in February 2018 as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and moved into the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2019. In 2022, he moved into the dual role of overseeing the Information Technology throughout the company and overseeing the Advanced Products group on the West Coast.

Ron previously worked at Hughes/Raytheon for over 30 years, most recently as Engineering Fellow and Chief Architect. During his career, he acquired a robust knowledge and extensive experience in program planning and the full life-cycle development of large cross-platform programs running on distributed systems that require high availability, stringent performance requirements, and high loads. As a member of the leadership team on a number of diverse projects, Ron gained comprehensive experience in formulating plans, coordinating, and overseeing the development and deployment of small to large projects consisting of single or multiple organizational teams.

Ron holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA. He is also certified in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and has completed the training from the Raytheon Certified Architect Program (RCAP).
