Jaison Manian

Jaison Manian is a seasoned technology executive with a progressive career spanning over eight years in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Platform Delivery at Epsilon since September 2024, Jaison previously held the position of CTO at Ogilvy, where responsibilities included global delivery and talent management for technology solutions in AdTech, Martech, and E-commerce. Prior to Ogilvy, Jaison was the Global CTO at RateGain, leading innovative solutions in hospitality and travel technology. Additional experience includes serving as CTO at ArmourGrid Inc., focusing on vision analytics in safety and security, and as a Partner at ExertDigital, where expertise was applied in systems development and business process re-engineering. Jaison holds a Master’s degree from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and has academic credentials from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
