Zainab Aziz

Zainab Aziz, PSM I, PSPO I, is a seasoned professional in technical project management with extensive experience at Epsilon since October 2017, currently serving as Manager of Technical Project Management. In this role, Zainab leads quarterly planning, oversees contract reviews, mentors teams, and implements process improvements. Previous positions at Epsilon as Senior Technical Project Manager and Project Manager involved managing complex programs across various business units, collaborating with high-level executives, and influencing project design. Prior to Epsilon, Zainab held project management roles at Leo Burnett, MB Financial Bank, and NTT Data Corporation, where foundational skills in IT and consulting were developed. Zainab holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.
