Liz Frost

Liz Frost is a graduate research student at City, University of London, focusing on the impact of COVID-19 on individuals with visual impairment and related care services since 2021. Concurrently, Liz serves as a Borough Councillor for the Woodcote Ward at Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, where responsibilities include representing resident interests and participating in various committees, such as Licensing and Planning Policy. Previously, Liz worked as an Optometric Advisor for NHS England from 1995 to 2020, overseeing GOS contracts, advising on regulatory matters, and addressing performance issues in optometric services. Liz holds both a Master’s Degree in Clinical Optometry and a Bachelor’s Degree in Ophthalmic Optics from City, University of London.
