Jordan Colon

Jordan Colon is an experienced professional currently serving as a Social Cohesion Specialist at UNDP in Iraq, leading initiatives to promote sustainable peace and strengthen community dialogue. Previous roles include serving as a Conflict Sensitivity and Prevention Specialist at UNDP's Regional Hub, and as a Human Dimension Officer for OSCE, focusing on human rights issues. Jordan has a solid background in capacity building with IOM, and extensive experience in program coordination related to violence against women and girls at UN Women. Holding a Master’s degree in International Security and Conflict Studies from Dublin City University and a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Limerick, Jordan also contributed to security governance and counter-terrorism efforts through various analytical and editorial positions.
