Dr. Ing. Amir S. is an experienced professional in the field of materials science and surface engineering, currently serving as the Group Leader in Galvanotechnik at ept GmbH since November 2021, where responsibilities include technical leadership, project management, and expert consulting in coating technology and corrosion protection. Prior to this role, Amir held positions such as Project Manager and FMEA Moderator at Holzapfel Group and Process Engineer at DODUCO Group, focusing on precious metals coating and surface engineering. Additionally, experience includes research and development in coating processes at METAKEM GmbH and a PhD in materials science from Chemnitz University of Technology, complemented by advanced degrees in materials science and metallurgical engineering from Sahand University of Technology and Iran University of Science and Technology, respectively.
