Ben Eng is a seasoned quality engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer at EPTAM Precision Solutions, Inc. since August 2021, Ben Eng has previously held the role of Project Manager at Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC from April 2002 to August 2014, where responsibilities included leading a team of quality engineers and programmers, utilizing advanced problem-solving techniques, and implementing modern inspection methods to enhance quality efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Quality Engineer, overseeing the quality system for the handgun division and providing CMM programming support, as well as working as a Metrology Supervisor focused on optimizing departmental operations and reducing costs.
