Kathryn later joined Milliken & Company as a Technical Sales Representative and Business Development Manager, contributing to the growth of different territories. At Tessy Plastics Corporation, they served as a Senior Business Development Manager, bringing in major clients and helping to establish the company's business development process. Kathryn also held positions at MedPlast Inc., Viant Medical, and Creative Foam Healthcare, where they held leadership roles in sales and business development.
