Haneen Shouman

Haneen Shouman has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Haneen began their career at Precast FZCO as an Application Consultant in 2006, then moved on to become a Technical Sales Consultant and Training & SI Program in Charge from 2009 to 2011. Haneen later served as the Engineering Channel Manager from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, Shouman joined Lakeside Process Controls as a Project Services employee for a brief period before joining Hippo CMMS as the Manager of Customer Success. Haneen held this role from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are the Vice President of Customer Success at Eptura, starting from July 2019.

Haneen Shouman obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manitoba between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Lebanese University - Faculty of Engineering III from 2001 to 2006. Haneen also obtained a Lebanese Bachelorette degree in General Sciences from MAKASSED Philanthropic Islamic Association of Beirut, FAROOK High school in 2001.

In terms of additional certifications, Haneen Shouman is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute since August 2011. Haneen is also certified as a Support Provider for all Wonderware Products and as a Training Provider for Marathon MX everRun by Wonderware and Stratus everRun, respectively.
