John Banning

John Banning is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Success at Eptura since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of US Client Services at both SpaceIQ and Serraview, as well as positions focused on customer success at Archibus, Inc. John began his career at TechBridge, where responsibilities included serving as National Community Lead for JusticeServer from 2005 to 2019. Earlier experience at Accenture involved managing significant projects related to pricing systems and operational efficiencies for major retail and shipping companies. John started in the technology field as an Engineer and Systems Analyst at Sparta, where responsibilities included analyzing military systems and developing classified government websites. John holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
