Pam Matula

Pam Matula, FMP, has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Pam is currently the Director of Workplace Product at Eptura since May 2022, where they oversee the development of new products and collaborates with engineering teams. Prior to this, from April 2020 to May 2022, they worked as a Product Manager at Eptura, where they played a key role in product development and conducted market and customer research.

Before joining Eptura, Pam worked as a Project Manager at Eptura from October 2019 to March 2020, providing project management services to enterprise-level customer implementations. Pam also worked as an Account Manager at Eptura from January 2017 to October 2019, where they provided product and sales support to multiple customers and achieved sales goals.

Pam's earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Mosaic Business Solutions [Facility Project Services] from March 2016 to December 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Facilities, Records & Office Services at Hilcorp Energy Company from September 2001 to September 2015, where they managed daily operations and supported the real estate portfolio.

Pam started their career as a Business Manager at Professional Alternatives from November 1999 to August 2001, and previously worked as an Office Manager at Keener & Company from November 1997 to October 1999.

Pam Matula, FMP, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Communications from the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 1992-1995. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration from San Jacinto College from 1990-1992. Pam also holds additional certifications, including a Construction Management Certification from the University of Houston, a Project Management Certificate from the University of Houston Continuing and Professional Studies, a Facility Management Professional certification from IFMA, and an Aha! Academy - Foundations Certification from Aha!, obtained in April 2020.
