Subhadra Shinde

Subhadra Shinde is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Condeco since June 2020, Subhadra manages HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, and various HR activities for a global workforce of 500 employees across multiple countries. Prior to this role, Subhadra worked at Global Growth IOC from October 2013 to March 2020, where positions included Senior Executive in HR Operations and various HR roles, focusing on the full employee life cycle, documentation, and maintaining HR records. Subhadra holds a PGDBM/MBA in Human Resources from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Maharshi Dayanand University.
