Virginia Miracle

Virginia Miracle is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and support leadership. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Eptura since August 2024 and as an Advisor for RealWork Labs since November 2022, Virginia has a track record of enhancing customer experiences across multiple organizations. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer at Showpad and Upland Software, where leadership encompassed teams dedicated to customer success, professional services, and technical support.
