Kelsey Laitinen-Richter has extensive experience in youth development and social work, currently serving as a Teen Outreach Program Specialist at Epworth Children & Family Services since August 2014, where responsibilities include implementing an evidence-based program at McCluer High School. Previous roles include Development Coordinator at Casa de Salud, where fund development strategies were created to support clinical services for underserved populations, and Volunteer Teen Outreach Program Facilitator at The Wyman Center. Kelsey has also gained experience as a Social Work Intern at KIPP Inspire Academy and Shearwater High School, and as a Youth Development Specialist at Donoghue Elementary School. Earlier in the career, Kelsey served as a Corps Member with City Year, contributing to civic engagement and leadership development. Kelsey holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University.
