Andrew Cook has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Andrew started their career in 1992 as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen, where they focused on transaction services, corporate recovery, and corporate finance. In 2001, they joined PwC as Transaction Services, specializing in financial due diligence. From 2003 to 2005, Andrew worked in the Commercial Directorate at the Department of Health, leading the Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) Program. At Tracks Consulting, they served as a Management Consultant in Healthcare and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing bid programs and financial models. Andrew also worked at Dr Foster Intelligence as an advisor for their NHS Choices Bid. In 2008, they joined Yarra Consulting Limited as a Management Consultant, working on various projects for healthcare clients. From 2012 to 2013, Andrew held the position of National General Manager Healthcare Networks at Medibank, responsible for contract negotiations and provider relationships. Andrew then worked as a Management Consultant at Vue Partners, specializing in healthcare. Currently, Andrew is the Director of Health Contracts & Revenue at Epworth.

Andrew Cook has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Melbourne, which they obtained from 1989 to 1991. Prior to this, they completed their HSC (VCE) from Haileybury between 1983 and 1988. Andrew also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment, with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, from the Securities Institute of Australasia, which they completed in 2001. Additionally, Andrew Cook completed the Professional Year Program (ACA) in Accounting and Finance from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 1995.
