Karen Lowe

Karen Lowe is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief People Officer at Epworth HealthCare since December 2023. Prior to this role, Karen held various leadership positions at Monash Health, including Head of People & Culture (Interim) and Executive Director, People and Culture. A brief retirement period occurred between January and December 2023. Previous experience includes senior HR roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Oakton, BlueScope Steel, TRUenergy, and TXU Australia, among others. Karen's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Accounting, and a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
