Kim Alderman has a diverse work experience in change management and project execution across various industries. Kim has worked as a Project & Change Management Lead at Epworth since 2022. Prior to that, they were in charge of global project execution at Xero from 2021 to 2021, where they provided change leadership and led key global projects. Before that, they served as a Change Manager/Lead at Baptcare from 2020 to 2021, where they managed IT transformation and developed communication and engagement strategies. Kim also worked as a Change Manager at Australian Unity from 2019 to 2020, focusing on supporting organizational change. Kim served as a Business Transformation/General Manager - Corporate Services at Deaf Children Australia from 2018 to 2019, where they undertook a financial review and managed corporate functions. Kim also worked as a Change Manager at Bupa in 2018, supporting business optimization projects. Prior to that, they served as a Change Consultant at Tabcorp in 2018 and as an Independent Consultant from 2015 to 2018, working in various sectors. Kim started their career as a Change Manager at NAB in 2015 and later at ANZ in 2012, where they led change management initiatives for banking system and risk modeling projects respectively.
Kim Alderman completed their Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree at RMIT University from 1991 to 1994. They also obtained a Chartered Accountant Qualification from the Professional Body - ICAA in 1995-1996. In 2007-2008, Kim pursued a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Additionally, they received a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Selmar Education Institute in 2014. Currently, Kim is studying Business Sustainability at the University of Cambridge.
