Nor Ashikin

Nor Ashikin currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at EQ Kuala Lumpur since November 2023. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of People Experience at TGV Cinemas from October 2021 to January 2023, and Group Human Resources Director at Boustead Hotels & Resorts Group from April 2020 to June 2021. Nor Ashikin has extensive experience in human resources, having held significant positions at Merlin Entertainments plc, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and Marriott Hotel among others. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University, a Certificate in Personnel Management from the Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management, and a Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
