Rosman Mohamad has held various positions in the culinary industry, starting as a Commis Chef at Pullman Hotels & Resorts in 2012. Rosman later moved on to work as a Demi Chef De Partie at One World Hotel Sdn Bhd, DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka, and Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Currently, Rosman Mohamad serves as a Chef De Partie at EQ Kuala Lumpur, where Rosman assists the Malay Chef in daily operations for all dining areas, banquets, and staff cafeteria.
