Toni Knowlson

Toni Knowlson has a wealth of experience in the technology sector. Toni began their career in 2000 as a Commercialisation Officer at Queensland University of Technology. In 2004, they joined Microsoft as a Global Services Executive and Services Sales, Australia. In 2012, they moved to Salesforce.com as an Account Executive. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Customer Care and Head of Innovation, SMB at Melbourne IT. That same year, they also became Director of Customer Service at Netregistry. In 2018, they became Head of Strategic Initiatives, Australia and New Zealand, and Digital Innovation Lead, Australia & New Zealand at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2022, they took on the role of Head of Sales at EQL, and Commercial Director at FrankieOne.

Toni Knowlson completed a Bachelor of Information Technology at the Queensland University of Technology in 2002. In 2007, they began a Master of Business and Technology at the University of New South Wales, which they are still pursuing. In 2013, they attended Pollenizer Lean Start-Ups and, in 2016, they earned an Online Certificate Course in Big Data Analytics - Data Analyst from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
