Helen Soln has consistently demonstrated expertise in leading proposal teams and implementing successful proposal management processes.
Helen Soln completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science at the University of Virginia from 1998 to 2002. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA in Business at The Johns Hopkins University from 2008 to 2010.
