Helen Soln

Helen Soln has a significant amount of experience in proposal management and development. Helen has held various leadership roles in this field, starting with their current position as Vice President of Proposal Operations at Eqlipse Technologies since 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Proposal Operations at Leidos from 2021 to 2023. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Senior Director of Proposal Management at General Dynamics Information Technology, where they led a team of 45 Proposal Managers and implemented scalable proposal management processes. Before that, they were the Proposal Director II at BAE Systems from 2017 to 2020. Helen also has experience as a Director of Proposal Management and Development at Addx Corporation from 2016 to 2017, and as a Proposal Director at National Capitol Contracting, LLC from 2014 to 2016. Helen Soln completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science at the University of Virginia from 1998 to 2002. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA in Business at The Johns Hopkins University from 2008 to 2010.
