Between them, they have worked as a bioinformatician, an assistant professor, a co-founder, a visiting assistant professor, a director of operations, a senior hydrogeologist, a marketing specialist, and a water resources director. They also have a wide range of educational backgrounds, including law, energy, environment, and natural resources; genome sciences and genomics; and hydrology.
