Ali Houshmand

Ali Houshmand has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ali is currently working as the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at EQT Exeter Real Estate Income Trust. Prior to this role, they worked at Texas Permanent School Fund as a Senior Portfolio Manager, where they were responsible for managing the endowment's real estate investment portfolio. Ali also took a break from finance and real estate to participate in a coding bootcamp at The Iron Yard, where they learned iOS/mobile development.
