Arco Rehorst Mrics

Arco Rehorst MRICS has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Arco began their career as a Technical Property Manager at de Boer den Hartog Hooft in 1985. Arco then worked as a Senior Real Estate Manager at Zadelvast Beheer before joining Kamerbeek Nieboer as the Technical Director of the Property Management and Quality Department. In 2000, Arco became a Senior Asset Manager at Aareal Asset Management. From 2006 to 2011, they held the position of Technical Director of Asset Management at Multi Corporation B.V., where they were responsible for various aspects including sustainability, leasing, and due diligence investigations. Following this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at CVO-group and later as the Manager of Real Estate Germany at a Private Investor. Arco was then employed at Bilfinger Real Estate as the Branch Manager in Luxemburg and later as the Manager of the Accountteam. Prior to their current roles, Arco served as the Founder and Owner of Arch Property Consult. Arco is currently working as the Technical Director for EQT Exeter.

Arco Rehorst MRICS has a diverse education history. Arco obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture from 1980 to 1985. Following this, in 1993 to 1994, they pursued further education in Investment and Real Estate Management. Prior to that, from 1973 to 1978, they attended school for Architectural Engineering. Additionally, in 1979, they briefly studied Civil Engineering.
