Barry Breen

Barry Breen has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Barry is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at EQTE Brokerage LLC since August 2022. Prior to this, Barry held the same position at Exeter Property Group starting from April 2016. Barry also worked as a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from November 2013 to December 2015. Before that, Barry served as of counsel at Sidley Austin from July 2008 to October 2013. Barry gained experience as a Partner at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP from July 2004 to June 2008. Barry began their career as an Associate at Spitzer & Feldman LLP in 1999.

Barry Breen obtained their JD degree from Albany Law School, specializing in Law, which they pursued from 1996 to 1999. Later, from 2000 to 2003, they furthered their education at New York University School of Law, obtaining an LL.M. degree in Taxation.
