Ben Lilley

Ben Lilley has extensive work experience in the real estate and investment management industry. Ben currently holds the role of Director of Investment Services at EQT Exeter since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Aviva Investors from 2011 to 2019, where they held the positions of Associate Director and later Director in Real Estate Project Management. Before joining Aviva Investors, Ben worked at Knight Frank as an Associate in Building Consultancy from 2010 to 2011, and at King Sturge as an Associate in Building Consultancy from 2002 to 2010. Ben also gained experience in the Circuit Engineering Department at FORMULA ONE MANAGEMENT from 2000 to 2002.

Ben Lilley completed their high school education at The Howard School in Rainham, Kent, from 1989 to 1996. Ben then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying - BSc (Hons) from De Montfort University, which they completed from 1996 to 1999.
