Colby Schraegle

Colby Schraegle has extensive experience in the field of civil engineering and real estate investment. Currently serving as an Investment and Leasing Officer at EQT Exeter since April 2018, Colby has held various roles including Director of Construction & Development for Texas and Senior Project Manager. Previously, Colby worked at Cole & Associates from June 2015 to April 2018, starting as a Project Engineer and having several internships with the firm while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Colby’s early internships included valuable experiences such as obtaining permits for construction projects and conducting topographic surveys, showcasing a strong foundation in engineering and project management.
