David Williams

David Williams has extensive experience in finance and portfolio accounting within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Portfolio Accounting at EQT Exeter since October 2023, David previously held the position of Head of European Fund Accounting at Cain International, where responsibilities included managing finance functions for UK-focused platforms and a pan-European development fund. Earlier roles include Head of Fund Finance/Group Financial Controller at Resolution Property, Senior Fund Finance Manager at AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, and Managing Director at Gallant Outlet Services Limited. David's earlier career featured significant finance roles at Henderson Global Investors and Rockspring, where expertise spanned investment management and accounting for various high-value property funds. David is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a first-class honors degree in Electronics from The University of Salford.
