Gardner Ellner

Gardner Ellner is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, currently serving as Principal and Head of Industrial Acquisitions for the Western US at EQT Exeter. Prior roles include Senior Director of Acquisitions at CBRE Global Investors and Acquisitions Manager for both Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. and Unilev Capital. Gardner held the position of Senior Acquisitions Associate at StarPoint Properties and began a career in acquisitions managing a team for the Western United States. Gardner Ellner earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, following an education at Groton School.
